Receive advice about activity, aftercare and how injection therapy would fit into your rehabilitation.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
Aftercare and review.
An injection does not replace a rehabilitation plan. If treatment goes ahead, the aftercare and review arrangements relevant to you will be explained, including when and how to seek further help.
The review depends on the treatment and your response. We will discuss what to monitor and how to get in touch if you have a question after your appointment.
Can I book an injection straight away?
Contact us first. Suitability needs to be assessed before an injection can be agreed, and a separate assessment may be required.
Are all injections the same?
No. The proposed treatment depends on the condition and individual circumstances. The specific medicine or product, expected effects and relevant risks should be explained before you decide.
Is injection therapy covered by my insurance?
Cover varies. Check the specific treatment and provider requirements with your insurer before proceeding; physiotherapy cover does not automatically include injections.
