FOR CLINICIANS · COACHES · ORGANISATIONS
Good care
works together.
Discuss a referral, rehabilitation requirement or workplace assessment with us. Start with a brief enquiry so the appropriate route can be agreed.
HOW TO REFER
Keep the first contact simple.
01
Make an enquiry
Share your name, professional role, organisation and contact details. Outline the service you are seeking and any timing requirements, without including identifiable clinical information in the first enquiry.
02
Agree the route
We will discuss suitability and agree how relevant information can be shared with the client’s permission. A referral may need a short clinical summary, rehabilitation goals, relevant precautions and useful reports. Share only what is needed for the agreed purpose.
03
Coordinate care
Agree who should receive updates, what those updates should cover and how they fit with the client’s wider care. Clinical communication is shared with the client’s permission.
REFERRAL & COLLABORATION
A focused clinical
conversation.
- Physiotherapy and rehabilitation enquiries from clinicians
- Physical screening and rehabilitation support for golfers
- Workplace and workstation assessment enquiries
- Clarification of provider information for insurers
Referring yourself?
You can usually book a private physiotherapy appointment directly. If using insurance, check its referral and authorisation requirements.
